Woods and Irons Team
Woods and Irons are the Executive Committee of BAGGs who run the day to day activities of the group. It is made of The 1 Wood who is the President, the Rescue who is the Vice President, The 7 Iron who is the Secretary, The 4 Iron who is the Competition Secretary, The Pitching Wedge who is the Welfare Secretary and The Putter who is the treasurer.

1 Wood (President)
Dr. Joseph Enegela is the President of the Birdie Ancestors Golf Group and is a member of IBB International Golf and Country Club and TYB International Golf Resort and Country Club both in Abuja. A "travel, leisure and fun golfer" who says there are no bad days on the golf course.

Bar Adetunji Adeyeye
7 Iron (Secretary)
Prince David Adetunji Adeyeye (D.A.A) is a lawyer, electricity power sector specialist and a golf enthusiast, that worked in the distribution and generation sub-sectors of the Nigerian Electricity Service Industry (NESI). He is NUI-Galway Scholar and a Nigerian-Irish trained lawyer with over 22 years’ experience in Governance, Regulations and Electricity Law.

Putter ( Treasurer)
Playing off a handicap of 22. A member of several Golf clubs including TYB International Golf & Country Club, IBB International Golf & Country Club, Port Harcourt Club Golf Section 1928.Golf has taught me patience, discipline, and resilience. I enjoy the challenge of improving my game, the friendships it has brought into my life, and the opportunity to network while enjoying the beauty of the course. Golf is life.
